Some tips & tricks to remind yourself to take your medication include:
- 🌞 Take your medication as directed, at around the same time according to your dose schedule - Try and time your dose to coincide with an activity/part of your routine such as with your morning coffee or a meal, after brushing your teeth or a shower etc
- 📝 Leave yourself reminders Post-it notes on your bathroom mirror or bedside table
- ⏰ Set an alarm or put it in your calendar
