Who's eligible to refer?
You're eligible to refer if you're on the Weight Reset Program, or on an ED, hair, or PE treatment plan and clinician-approved. To earn a discount, you need to be an active patient with an upcoming order.
Who can I refer?
Refer any friends or family members interested in joining the Weight Reset Program, or an ED, PE, or hair treatment plan. They don't need to be on the same plan as you, and there's no limit to how many friends you can refer. Just keep your code within your personal network. It's designed for friends, not public distribution.
How do I refer a friend?
1. Once your clinician has approved you, find your referral code in your profile under Patient info → Referral program.
2. Share your code with a friend.
3. They enter the code at the payment screen, either at the consultation or order stage.
4. Once they pay for their order, you automatically get a discount off your next order.
How much will I save?
Your discount is based on the plan your friend signs up for, not the plan you're currently on:
Weight Reset Program: $100
Hair treatment plan: $50
Hair treatment plan excluded products: $35 (applies to Minoxidil 7% Foam and oral Finasteride 1mg)
ED treatment plan: $30
PE treatment plan: $20
You can stack discounts as long as they don't exceed these maximum caps per order.
When does my discount apply?
You'll only receive a discount once your friend has paid for their first order, and you'll get an email confirmation once they do. You'll only see one discount at a time on your next order — once you've paid for that order, the next available discount appears.
We don't backdate past referrals. Discounts only apply through the current referral program.
