When you cancel your treatment plan, the plan is not completely deleted, rather it will remain in a paused status. This is in case you would like to resume your treatment later.
Please be advised that you may be booked for a medical appointment in order to resume your treatment plan.
To restart a paused or cancelled treatment plan, follow the below steps:
- Log into your Pilot Account.
- Click 'Manage Order' under the treatment plan that had been previously cancelled.
- Click 'Resume Treatment'
