How do I track my order?

If you are on the Weight Reset Program your order will be sent via cold freight using a courier called Home Delivery Services.

When your order has been picked up by the courier, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking link.

You will also receive the following SMS notifications from the courier:

  1. The night before your delivery, you will receive a tracking link with an ETA.
  2. On the day of delivery, when the courier is 6 stops away from delivery location.
  3. When the order has been delivered.

Note: If your order is being sent with AusPost you will be able to track your delivery through the Auspost App.
