If you need to delay or reschedule your order you can do so via your Pilot Account, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pilot Account
- Click on head to the treatment plan you wish to delay
- Select Delay
- Select the amount of time you would like your order to be delayed.
- Click Confirm, and you will receive an email confirmation the new order processing date
Please take note that if ever you have missed your dose for more than (2) two weeks or you might miss your dose, please send us a request here so our Medical Support Team can give you medical advice.
