How do I delay or reschedule my order?

If you need to delay or reschedule your order you can do so via your Pilot Account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Pilot Account
  2. Click on head to the treatment plan you wish to delay
  3. Select DelayScreenshot_2023-02-16_at_2.20.38_pm.png
  4. Select the amount of time you would like your order to be delayed.
  5. Click Confirm, and you will receive an email confirmation the new order processing date
