If you need to delay your order for any reason you can do so via your Pilot profile (here: https://pilot.com.au/profile). Just log in and follow these steps:
1. Scroll to the treatment plans section and select 'Manage Order' for the treatment you would like to delay.
2. Under 'Your Upcoming Order' select 'Delay'
3. Select the amount of time you would like your order to be delayed. Then click 'Confirm'
4. The Delay and Repeat buttons should now have been replaced with a green confirmation that your order has been successfully delayed.
You should also receive a confirmation email confirming the delay as well.
