If you are looking to get another repeat of your prescription treatment, you can do so via your Pilot Profile by following the below steps:
Steps to Refill:
- Scroll to the treatment plans section and select 'Manage Order' for the treatment you would like to refill
- Under 'Your Upcoming Order' select 'Send Repeat Now'
Pressing this green button will permit us to charge your account for another refill, as well as, any recurring over-the-counter products you may have linked to your treatment plan.
Note: If the green button is not visible, you will need to message our Medical Support Team here. This is designed for your safety and our Medical Support Team will need some further details from you to complete this request - you can expect this to be resolved within 24hrs.
