If for any reason you need to get back in touch with your doctor, you can do so anytime by logging into your Pilot dashboard. Under the active treatment plan, select 'Manage Order' and then click on the 'Help' page, where you should see an option to connect with your doctor (as per the image below).

This is a good opportunity to connect with your Doctor to ask questions, discuss concerns, and consider alternative treatment options if you're not happy with your current treatment plan.
