It will take a bit of time for your skin to get used to your new treatment, so we don’t recommend using it every night for the first few weeks. Here’s a general guide, but take your time if it’s too fast for your skin.
Week 1: Use your treatment twice a week.
Week 2: Step it up to three times a week, if your skin is tolerating the treatment well.
Week 3 onwards: Apply it five times a week, if your skin is tolerating the treatment well.
