If you are experiencing any changes to your mood or mental health it is best that you withhold any further doses of your medication and reach out to our Medical Support team. You can easily message them here for guidance and support.

Please know that help is always available and a good first step is to talk to someone you trust, such as a partner, family member, friend or colleague. We also encourage you to seek professional support from your GP, a psychologist or a counsellor for a face-to-face assessment. These health professionals are all trained to help people going through mental health difficulties and provide you with the appropriate support.
