Depending on your treatment type, your delivery will most likely have “Authority to Leave” which means the courier will leave your order in a safe place.
If the courier is unable to leave your order in a safe place, they’ll leave a card with information on how to collect your order or arrange a redelivery.
If you would like to have your address changed for delivery you can either:
- If you’ve got your tracking link, update your address on your delivery using the AusPost app.
- If you haven’t got your tracking let, let us know your updated address by submitting a request here.
